ARE THERE REQUIREMENTS MY LIST FILE MUST HAVE?

There are no requirements on the size of your list; our system can handle lists of any size. Lists imported from a file must be in a .csv format with a single sheet, and all emails should be in the first column with no additional data in this column. You may have additional data fields in other rows in the file, and these will be returned to you in your Address-by-Address analysis.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO VALIDATE MY EMAIL LIST?

The time it takes to validate your list is based on the number of emails you have in this list and how busy our system is at the moment. Generally, it takes only a couple of hours to validate. HOW DO YOU PERFORM EMAIL VALIDATION?

We perform several checks and verifications to determine whether an email address is deliverable or undeliverable. To find out if an email is valid, we do a DNS verification and MX lookup, conduct an SMTP check, access our internal database, and use proprietary algorithms.

Depending on the file size, processing times can range from a few minutes to a few hours. Timeframes will vary for larger orders requiring the assistance of a marketing expert.
